This is the story of how I found total and unconditional love and enlightenment.
My life is a bit unconventional, let me explain. I grew up as an Army Brat and moved around a lot. On my own I continued to move every so often to the point that I have moved 56 times. I became very adept at communicating and making friends. Another aspect of my life revolves around religion, you see my extended family is in the south, my Dad’s family of 8 brothers and sisters each became Baptist Ministers or married one. I was baptized 3 times, once in a baptismal, once in a river and once in a lake. It never seemed to ‘take’. Later as a young adult I even joined a Pentacostal group and was baptized in the Spirit.
Moving on.. The reason none of this took hold of me or satisfied my spirit was that I had thousands of dreams come true, sometimes weeks later and some 20 years later. This wasn’t Deja-vu, I could remember the dream, what I was doing in the dream and how it matched the real life events.
In elementary school I had a vision of whom I was going to marry, I knew her name, her hair color, that she (would have) already had 2 children and then later I would adopt an old person.
In high school I had a vision of a car wreck, I blanked out in Social Studies class, experienced the accident and ‘POP’ was back in class again. I told my friends what would happen, where we would be sitting and how it would happen. Two weeks later it happened just as I had foretold. I did not have my drivers license and was not driving. Then one month later I had another vision of a car wreck and again told my friends who, what, and how. This time it happened 2 months after wards. The last car wreck that I had a vision of happened six months later, now I had my drivers license but I saw the wreck from the perspective of the other driver.
Christianity could not offer reasonable explanations of what I was experiencing. I was told that there are just things we are not meant to understand. I dismissed that as ignorance and felt that at some point everything would be known.
I was a Boy Scout and had attained the rank of Life Scout. I could never get Eagle since I moved too many times to complete a required merit badge ‘Citizenship in the Community’. I went on 50 mile hikes and two 50 mile canoe trips. When I could I would go to scout camp and was later inducted into the Honor Society - Order of the Arrow. During one scout camp, I was walking with 2 other scouts along a ridge line trail in a pine forest at night. It was a new moon and it was very dark. I followed the camper in front of me since I did not have a flashlight. Suddenly it felt like a bucket of cold water had been poured over my shoulders and head. I stopped dead in my tracks and said the first thing that came to mind. “There is something hiding behind an oak tree 12-15” in diameter over there” and I pointed back over my right shoulder and off the trail. Then I opened my eyes expecting to see the werewolf that I had seen in my mind. There was none, but exactly were I had pointed was a lone oak tree about 10’ off the trail. I was totally freaked out by this and went back to my tent in a daze. I found a broken piece of tent pole 3” in diameter, wood about 7” long and started to carve what I had seen.
Had I just seen a demon? My head was searching my knowledge asking questions trying to make sense of what had just happened. I decided that my reaction was the fear of sensing a presence and that I gave the fear the form of a werewolf since that would scare someone else the same as it did me. I relaxed a bit realizing that my reaction was out of fear. Still there was definitely a presence hiding behind that tree looking at me as I had walked along the trail.
The next day in my tent a fellow camper was fiddling with his watch and said that it hadn’t been working for days no matter what he tried. I instinctively reached out, placed my hand on his watch and then removed my hand.. the watch was now running.
Life went on and I started doubting that my Baptist teaching had all the answers and started looking at other belief systems. I already knew some about the Native Americans and what they believed. I studied Hindu, Islam, Judaism, other Native American beliefs. They each had truth to what they said but each fell short of what I would call ‘common sense’. I knew in my soul that the STRUCTURE was the answer. With the proper structure, everything would just fall into place and be so obvious. I guess that I had a difficulty with the blind faith part of all the religious myths.
Until I get some drawings to illustrate this next section I suggest that you skip it :-)
In high school geometry and algebra I was learning set theory, boolean logic and something called Karnough Mapping. I was also learning photography and had an interest in time-lapse photos, how to create them and such. This got me thinking about time, our future and how I could peer into my own future and glimpse events that would later come true. So I found the largest quadrille grid graph paper and then taped 4 sheets together - 2 across and 2 down. I wanted to use that to graph my reality. The center I labeled ‘here & now’ or (0,0) for distance and time. The vertical axis was distance and the horizontal was time. I knew that the X axis was the Zero Degrees Kelvin boundary, all motion stops. I made the Y axis the speed of light squared, where mass becomes energy. Next I drew the slope of the speed of light. I had just mapped the limits of my known universe. Then I proceeded to draw the acceleration curve of a man walking on foot, a man riding a bicycle, a runner, a cheetah running, the world’s record breaking rocket car accelerating from a stop, then I drew the acceleration curve of a plane taking off, and lastly the space shuttle launching and reaching max velocity. Everything in my entire universe was drawn on that graph and I had only used the top right quadrant. The rest of the graph was empty. I needed to change the problem. I was learning that if you can’t prove something right that you could try and prove it false..
This was a reverse approach so I drew a continuous line starting at (0,0) and accelerated to the speed of light and then to the speed of light squared then drew the line horizontal into the top left quadrant, stopped, drew the line straight down into the lower left quadrant and then curved it into the lower right quadrant and swooped back to the (0,0). There !!! Something to examine !!
The top half of the graph held ‘here & now’ at the center with the future stretching off to the right and the past off to the left. I could grasp that easy enough. When the line went down into the lower left quadrant I could not explain what was happening. I have my theory but nowhere is it described in any science journal or text book that I have come across. I had discovered the 5th Dimension and it is MOTION. More importantly I had discovered NEGATIVE MOTION ! This is not to be confused with a positive motion in the opposite direction. Negative motion when added to a equal positive motion completely cancels out the motion. It ‘unwinds’ the motion like playing a movie backwards. Another thing I discovered was the relationship between the dimensions.
